The ANYmal Research community develops, documents, and shares software and other
information to improve and extend the capabilities of the ANYmal robot ("ANYmal Robot").

You are hereby granted permission to use associated software, algorithms, technical
drawings, documentation, or other data ("Information"). Information that is not
generally available to the public (e.g., through publications or open-source software)
shall be deemed confidential ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information
can be used under the following conditions:

1. RESTRICTIONS
You shall use Confidential Information exclusively for research and development and
demonstration purposes. Confidential Information cannot be transferred to any other
robotic platform other than ANYmal Robot, cannot be used to simulate any other robotic
platform other than ANYmal Robot, and cannot be distributed to third parties without
prior written consent by the Author. A transfer of the right to use or own Confidential
Information to another entity requires prior written consent by the Author.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY
Unless permitted in writing by the Author, you agree not to disclose, publish, or
disseminate any Confidential Information to anyone other than employees working in your
organization or any affiliate of said organization who require access to  Confidential
Information to properly perform their duties. You further agree to undertake reasonable
precautions to prevent any unauthorized use, disclosure, publication, or dissemination
of Confidential Information.

3. DISCLAIMER
Information is provided by the Author "as is" and any implied warranties or fitness
for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the Author be liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
